As a spouse, I ask: *How do I want to show up today?*  

At work, I ask: *How do I want to show up today?*

The answers come down to our actions and our consistency. What we commit to in the gym can be the same drive we use to become better in our relationships, careers, and personal growth.

So, what do *your* actions say about these areas of your life? Are you showing up with the same dedication and mindset? 

This week, let’s focus on showing up, not just for our workouts but for everything. The way you push through your toughest sets is the same way you’ll push through challenges at work or home. It’s all connected.
