Mother’s Day got me thinking…
I love mothers—and this one right here (my wife) is my absolute favorite. She’s the mother of our three boys, grandmother to two (with another on the way), and the heartbeat of our family. She’s been through so much, and yet continues to flourish. 💗
Frankly…
For decades, women have been sold a broken model of health and fitness.
Eat less.
Do endless cardio.
Fear weights.
Shrink yourself.
And unfortunately, so many incredible women have spent years exhausted, frustrated, under-fueled, and wondering why nothing feels sustainable.
Thankfully, that story is changing.
Women are realizing they deserve more.
More strength.
More energy.
More confidence.
More life.
And this past week, one of my clients said something that really stuck with me…
She shared that one of the things she loves most about her newfound health and fitness is that when she gets home from work, she actually has the energy to be the best version of herself for her husband and children.
Wow.
That right there is what this is really about.
Health and fitness isn’t just about the progress you’ve made. Sometimes the real magic is recognizing the difference between where you are today… and where you would’ve been if you never started.
More energy.
Better mobility.
More confidence.
More patience.
A stronger body and mind to show up for the people you love.
That matters.
So this Mother’s Day, let’s celebrate the women who give so much to everyone else. Not by encouraging them to do less, eat less, or become smaller…
But by helping them become stronger, healthier, and more empowered to live fully.
Strong is beautiful.
Strong is sustainable.
Strong… is what she deserves.
Happy Mother’s Day to all the amazing women out there! 🙏🏻❤️💪🏼
