For the next 12 days, eliminate meals out and alcohol. Prepare all your meals at home and avoid alcohol. It’s that simple. From Sunday until two Sundays from that date—just one weekend of no dining out and no alcohol.

You don’t need to be perfect with your nutrition (and frankly, who knows what “perfect” even means?). Just focus on preparing your own food. It doesn't have to be fancy—a turkey sandwich on whole wheat is just fine.
