I love the details. 

I love the nuance.

I love helping people achieve their health and fitness goals in the shortest amount of time - and that does often require focusing on some details.

But this whole “health and fitness thang” so quickly gets over complicated.

How many reps? How many sets? How many grams of protein? When’s the best time to eat fats?

How long do I rest between sets? Compound lifts or isolation exercises? Should I salt my water?  What supplements should I be taking? How often should I eat? Keto vs intermittent fasting? What kind of cardio is best? 

(And I won’t even get into all of the motivational memes.)

But with all of those details at the end of the day… 

It’s actually pretty simple. Either you do it, or you don’t!
