I had such a great conversation with one of my fellow 60-year-old guys yesterday:
“My knees don’t take ache any longer.
In fact, all of my joints feel great!”
There won't be a better time.
If you wait, life won't get easier, less complicated, nor less stressful.
If you wait, life won't give you more time, opportunity, nor energy.
Establish boundaries around your fitness and health and make them non-negotiable.
